I've been struggling for months with other KVM switches for my home desktop and work laptop and my 2 monitors. Sometimes the KVM switches would work, other times they wouldn't.I gambled on this KVM because it was designed for 2 monitors and my other KVM switches weren't, and IT WORKS! I've been running it now for ~3 days and dozens of switches back and forth between the 2 computers have worked flawlessly.The only complaint that I have is that it came with no video cables and 6 are required for 2 monitors from 2 PCs. Fortunately I had some of the cables that I needed here already. And perhaps its for the best because if they had provided cables, they probably would have been poor quality ones like my previous KVM switches.Also the provided USB cables are ~3 feet long which is borderline too short, so I had to pick up some more of those as well.One other thing that caused issues for me but probably won't for you. I run with an RGB backlit keyboard and with this KVM, when you switch PCs, it resets the USB devices (my keyboard), which means that I lose my RGB backlighting. This wasn't an issue with other KVMs which didn't reset the USB devices when switching.Edit: I've now been running this for a month and it has behaved perfectly every single time after a month of heavy use. This is absolutely the way to go if you have 2 monitors and 2 systems that need to share PC components. I wish I'd found this product earlier!Edit 2: My Corsair keyboard had the solution for the RGB backlighting problem I mentioned above. It's possible to configure default RGB colors/attributes after the keyboard resets and that completely addressed my issue. Yay, Corsair!
