This is by far yhe best xbox controller I've been able to find. Both Elite Series 2 and Scuf Instinct had serious quality control issues out of the box and both had to be returned the same day I bought them. This is the first premium controller with all the expected features that actually worked as well as it felt out of the box. Not a single issue so far and given the competition that speaks well for Hex Gaming. I wasnt sure cause they are admittedly a bit overpriced even in the custom controller market, however that doesn't matter because they sell on Amazon and every other custom controller will take you at least 4+ weeks to get made and will cost only 10 or 20 bucks less. Also very impressed with the back paddles/buttons. They're a sort of hybrid, featuring the clicky instant feedback of a battle beaver but without being nearly flush against the controller and better thought out honestly.First I would say that I have every Xbox controller on the market. I mainly use my Xbox series Elite 2 controller but when I found this controller I have not put it down. I own three of them now which are a little bit different from one another but I love the twist grip with the four super fast adjustable triggers underneath the controller. Playing PVP first shooter and open World Games it is a must-have controller.Xbox Elite Controller feel and function with the weight and comfort of a high end controller. Wireless and responsive! Hex Gaming Controllers are really nice with options to set thumbstick zones, trigger travel and back paddles for extra tactical mapping!This controller is a great and definitely has some cool features like swappable joysticks, and rear buttons, but when compared to some other controllers out there it’s a bit pricey. Ultimately you’re paying for the design and not really the functionality. Certainly a high premium for a product.In total, the cost for this mod would be the price of a controller plus about $60. I’ve done the mod myself in about an hour, with a paddle mod from extreme rate ($40) and trigger mod from extreme rate ($20). I never soldered before and it was very easy so to see this sold for $250 is a joke.This controller has been working like charm. I like that joysticks are interchangeble and there are different sizes for different types of hands like small or big. Colors on the controller are really high quality and doesn't get smudges or fingerprints (feels premium). When playing FPS games, shorts triggers are very useful because you can take advantage of playing shooting games and eliminate the lag. Remappable customs buttons can be assigned to multiple combinations for fighting games, specially in warzone I use LB and RB to combine on macro to just press one button to drop equipment.Great controller ! Light weight, great feel and paddles are the best I’ve played with and I’ve used the Xbox elite series 1 & 2, also the scuf instinct. Sticks feel tight and responsive. All around my favorite controller I have ever played with!
