The presentation on this thing is wonderful. The thumbsticks are not as rubbery as Microsoft's, and the texture on the concave ones is not as deep. These aren't bad things, as they still feel great and don't slip. I'm pretty serious about gaming and the thumbsticks have served me very well today. I will update this review if anything changes my mind so far. The thumbsticks come as follows: two long concave, two short concave, and two medium convex. It turned out very nice looking. Its worth noting that the shafts of the thumbsticks are silver - not gold. I won't get to use the paddles, since this isn't an Elite controller, but I can say they look to be just as high quality as the d-pads, which are very nice looking and host an attractive finish.
