I had an issue with programming a very slow ramp rate. I tried several things to correct it. But it still didn't ramp up or down at the set ramp rate. I did get support from the seller. But after a few emails back and forth, we we not able to solve the problem. I only got a partial refund. But did get to keep the unit. Still cant use it though for my application. It seems to think the ramp rate minimum setting is only 1 degreeF per minute. Although faster ramp rates work (I think). This unit may work for most applications that require ramp rates faster than 1 degrees F per hour.
