I really wanted an app controlled machine and this worked flawlessly with my older hismith machine!! Absolutely love this was able to hook it up to buttplug.io and it was amazing :3Emailed the MFG and asked if my older machine could be upgraded to Phone control. They said "Yes" so I ordered it. The plug end is totally different and I can't upgrade it. It had been one day since I received it when I requested the return. The return request says " This item isn't eligible for return"Love that my last gen machine could have the upgraded control with Bluetooth swapped in without having to buy a whole new device, was a little stiff trying to seat the security screw on, but a minor hurdle, got the new control box on, and everything connected and worked the way it is supposed to, app support and variable speed settings male this a truly indespensable device for any play roomController doesn’t work. I check my connections and everything is correct. The controller is dead.The speed wont adjust the item is defective please help Hismith!Very well made for the price, beware that it does not have any reverse voltage protection! I mixed up the +\- wires on my power source and quickly fried the board but when I took it apart I can see that it’s a much higher quality board than other motor co trollers that I’ve purchased at this price pointThis controller works great.Direct replacement for my old one that got caught in the motor armAbsolutely essential... quite fun and the Bluetooth is where it’s at. Highly recommended!
